We are general metal manufacturers dealing in steel, aluminum and stainless steel, doing small to medium sized jobs.
Our main area of supply is steel security grills, doors and gate frames but will consider any small jobs that come through the door.
We have a good Miller TIG welding machine as well as a couple of MIG welders and a small inverter so can weld steel, aluminum and stainless steel. We also have a plasma cutter, cutting to 10-12mm.
We also use;
- a small profile cutter,
- a 2 1/2 ton forklift,
- a 90 ton punch and shears,
- a 60 ton press,
- a lathe,
- drills,
- flat bar benders,
- we have access to rollers,
- a sheet guillotine (for sheet metal cutting),
- folders,
- and access to a galvanizing service.
At present we have two men working on the floor, but would like to increase our business to accommodate more workers - therefore we welcome new business.
Our location is the middle of Redcliffe Peninsula, Queensland Australia.
